Villa Overview
Fenosa Seminyak Villas are a complex villas with 3 (three) units of 2 (two) bedrooms Villas, facilities with its own spacious private pools and full kitchens set, dining and living areas. Bathrooms feature a spa bathtub and separate shower. Guests can enjoy massages and spa treatments in the comfort of their villas. The staff can help with transport, tour and activities.
Our convenient private car parking is located at the entrance of the villa for the guests comfort. When entering the villa, you will find the beautiful manicured garden and the King size bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The garden leads to the dining and lounge area, an open style living and dining area facing the pool, complete with Smart TV. The outdoor sunbed are perfect for relaxing by the pool.
Located minutes from Seminyak’s Sunset Beach, with plenty of high fashion boutique selections, Restaurant, art galleries, and world class dining venues within walking distance, and are only 15 minutes’ drive to the International Airport. This will surely ensure your stay with us is an enjoyable and memorable one. Each of the villas are designed and decorated with both a Modern and Balinese.

- Check out time is 12pm.
- Late check out until 18:00 is charged 50% from the existing contract rate and after 18:00 consider a full night charge applied unless prior notice is negotiated.
- Early check in and late checkout are subject to space availability and prior notification is requested.
- A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be transferred on receiving confirmation of reservation.
- Final payment is required 7 days prior to arrival or immediately if booking is made less than 7 days prior to arrival in order to guarantee your reservation.
- 50 % cancellation fee from the total room night reserved will be charged if any cancellation received 45 – 30 days prior arrival on high or peak season and 30 – 14 day on low seasons
- 100 % cancellation fee from the total room night reserved will be charged if any cancellation received 30 – 0 days prior arrival on high or peak season and 14 – 0 day on low seasons Or in case of NO SHOW
